It’s official builder Meritage Homes released it floor plans for the New Dr Phillips Community Parkside set to open late March early April. TeamConnect Realty had the pleasure of attending the VIP Muddy Boots Event yesterday afternoon. Held at Dr Phillips Seasons 52, Meritage Homes began its unveiling of Parkside, formally referred to as Kerina at Parkside.
Located off of Apopka-Vineland Road and Buena Vista Woods Boulevard Parkside will feature 315 Mediterranean Homes built in four phases. The first Phase will consist of 117 homes. Here are some of the early details revealed at yesterdays luncheon.
- 20 sites will be released on the 21st at the pre sales Event
- Four Models – The Tara at 3,598 square feet – Madrid at 2,754 sq ft – Barcelona at 5,016 sq ft and Palm at 4,048 sq ft.
- Community Amenities – Pool, Clubhouse, Tennis, outside lounge area and there may be a soccer field.
- Lot are averaging 70 x 120 with minimum 70 x 110
- 6 Acre Pond will be lite
- Two fountains – one at the front of Parkside and one at the clubhouse
- Outer wall will be brick and stucco to coordinate with neighboring Diamond Cove and Emerald Forest
- Outer area around pond will be hedges and columns
Pricing will be released at the pre sales event on the 21st. This pricing will be for the 20 sites that will be sold. After the prices will be re assessed and then new prices released to the public the follow week.
