Meritage Homes held the first buyer appointments for its new community Parkside located in Dr Phillips off of Apopka Vineland Road and Buena Vista Woods. These are the same Buyers that had the first lottery numbers drawn at the pre Sales Event hosted on the 21st at Bay Hill. As expected with the first 12 homes sold prices have since increased by 8 percent from the original prices released at that event.
