Dr. Phillip Phillips Park is located off of Apopka Vineland Road south of Sand Lake Road on Buena Vista Woods boulevard. You can bike, walk or jog to the park off of Darlene Road and neighboring Sand Lake Cove, Sand Lake Point and Venezia or just a short walk up the road from Diamond Cove and Emerald Forests.
Meritage Homes new Dr Phillips community Parkside is located just west of Dr P. Phillips Park and when finished will feature 315 single family homes.
Trails are extra wide and paved leading to the lighted lakefront Park built on 43 acres. Dr. Phillips Park features a baseball and soccer fields, basketball and volleyball courts, two dog parks and so much more!
Enjoy paved jogging trails and walkways with park benches along the way. Summer events take place at the paved band shell surrounded by a grassy area to sit with your lounge chairs and blankets. For the younger kids, there is a jungle gym and water park.
