As I was surfing the internet this morning I ran across an article posted by the West Orange Times & Observer titled “Windermere Home Sells for $1.27 Million“. I immediately knew that they were talking about our latest sale here at TeamConnect Realty. What I didn’t realize until I read the article, was that the home at 11061 Ullswater Lane topped all residential real-estate transactions in West Orange last week. I thought that was pretty awesome 
and it made me feel proud of Robert and Paula, the broker-owners of the company. But here’s the clincher…..when they listed the house, a contract was signed on the first showing! With their enthusiasm and dedication to the company that they started about 10 years ago, they make the real estate business that can sometimes be very frustrating, look easy….and they always have smiles on their faces! I bet you’re thinking that I’m trying to score some brownie points with my bosses here, but no, I’m just stating facts. They are really good at what they do! So if you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell a home, now or anytime in the future, take my advice and give Robert and Paula a call……THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE!!!
